Swabra attends Ndono A-level School. In 2003 when I was 4 years old, my life turned to a storm when my father left the world. It was a very hard time for me as well as my mum. My mum cried all day long. She had to fight for the things my father owned but she ended up losing everything. My father’s relatives took all his property. My mother had a hard time because I was a small kid who needed to go to school with other children and to have the love of both a mother and a father, but I got neither. I had to study with my aunts, my mum’s sisters. My mum was almost dying because she didn’t know what to do to save me. I thank God I went to an orphanage center where I grew up and went to school. I started in nursery school and stayed until I completed my class seven. I was very happy when I joined The School Fund in 2012 when I was in Form 1. I enjoy doing journals and also associating with people from different levels of life. I thank God that I completed the Ordinary level at Ummu Salama Secondary School. I felt very proud after I got a positive result. It showed me that I can do something. Also it gave me the hope to pull up my socks and work harder than ever. I promise that my community will benefit a lot from me. All in all, I will help poor children to go to school and achieve their goals. I will help people go to the hospital when they fall sick and getting basic needs to poor people, in short helping all the community. My dream is to become a teacher. I request school funds from you so that I can continue studying and achieve my goals because education is the key to life. I promise that I will work hard and harder to reach my dream. Also I plan to give back to The School Fund after my dreams come true by assisting The School Fund’s learning facilities and being part of the peace and love among The School Fund team members.
