Linet stays with her cousin at Soweto village-Kibera Slums. Both of her parents relocated upcountry with her two other sisters due to the high cost of living. Their business of selling fish could no longer raise enough money to keep them in the city. Her cousin who does menial jobs in now responsible for raising her school fees albeit with a lot of difficulties. What keeps Linet in school is her good performance but this will not be for long. Raising money for her school fees is securing the future of this child.

Hello Everyone,
Last year was a wonderful year for me with lots of experiences. I achieved my academic goals. This year is the homestretch... i will be clearing my high school in November. Thanks to you for the support. I hope to join a university of my dream and study a course of my choice next year.
