About

Joseph is an orphan who has suffered many things. After the death of his father, who was always quarreling with the mother, he went back to his mother's father. Later, the mother remarried in the Western Province of Kenya and took back custody of Joseph. The second father disliked the boy and refused to provide for the basic needs. Now he is happy to be at the Ah-gah-pay Mercy Children Centre – Kenya where his needs are met. He is a very bright boy in his academic work. His ambition is to be a bus driver. During the 2008 violence, Joseph and his family were kicked out of their house and went back to his grandfather. The mother is unemployed and the grandfather has no source of income to care for the family and educate the boy. He was at-risk of dropping out of school and going to the streets to seek ways of survival. His favorite subject is English. His favorite game is athletics while his favorite food is chapati and cabbage. Please sponsor him to help him achieve his dreams.

Hello Joseph,

Thinking of you!

Debbie
To the School Fund:

How are you? I hope you are fine and well protected by God. I closed school on Wednesday 06.08.2014 for August holiday. I did my end of term two exam but the results are not yet out but I have the results of opener exam and midterm exam combined and i managed to score a D+ which was not a good grade to me. I am working hard to eliminate D’s and C’s in my results. I am reporting back to school on Tuesday 02.09.2014.I am thankful to you for paying my school fees. May God bless you abundantly.
