Zawadi Lemarkat is a second born in a family of six children. She comes from Archer's Post, Samburu County in Samburu East District. She comes from a poor family who struggles to provide the family with their daily bread. She is the only one in School since the family cannot afford for all their children to attend school. She is a hard working girl and she usually ranks in the top-three class positions.
