About

Hannah is remarkably grounded by nature. Her calm and kind demeanor makes her a wonderful and understanding role model, and the smaller girls at Flying Kites look up to her with unwavering awe. Hannah enjoys singing and spending time with the housemothers while they prepare meals for the family. She is a sister and mentor to each of the children in the house and a source of light for everyone. Since coming to Flying Kites, Hannah has blossomed in school both academically and socially and she is now in grade eight at the Good Shepherd Academy. She is quickly growing to be an extraordinary and compassionate young woman.

Keep up the good work, Hannah! It's always nice to hear from you and see your smiling face.
Jeanne Ormrod
To: The School Fund,

Hi Everybody! It's a long time since I wrote to you. How are you doing? I hope everything is going on well. I am still working hard in school and I am also trying to do my best. During the last term everything was normal and the school was good. Right now, I am in the last grade of primary school. Next year I am to join high school. I am sitting for my final exams in November.

I am hoping to achieve my goals and be a model or musician. Here at home everything is going on well and all the kids are still working hard. Thank you so much for helping pay for school fees. I will put more effort so as to achieve my goals and pass well. I am looking forward for people from The School Fund to come and visit again. I really miss all of your smily faces.

Love always,
Hannah
