About

Caroline was born into a family of six and was raised in a single parent home by just her mother. From the third grade on, Caroline was sponsored by a good samaritan, but he died when she was in the sixth grade causing her to lose hope since her mother was unable to provide even food for her and her siblings. Caroline and her siblings often went to bed hungry and were eventually even evicted from their home. She was unable to enroll in high school due to her inability to pay the school fees. Caroline began to fetch water, fetch firewood, and wash people's clothes, using all her earnings to help her family. After her first year year, a well wisher promised to pay Caroline's school fees to secondary school, but only payed for her first term causing Caroline to have to leave school thereafter. Now, with the help of CTC International and the School Fund, she is able to return to school.
