My name is Ngauja Saffia. I am a boy. I am a Kono by tribe. I am 12 years old. Quantative and Language Arts are my favorite subjects in school. Football is my favorite game. My best food is rice and beans. I am in grade 6. In my leisure time I watch Nigerian movies. I like dancing to our local music. I like going to the mining site to see the people at work. Sometimes women go down the swamps to mine. I want to be an Engineer in the future.

Kelvin is close with his grandparents but his mother struggles to keep the family housed and there are days they only have one meal. He wants to succeed in school along with his brother.
