Jonna is studious and a hard worker. Joanna plans to do even better in school this year so that she may can do finish high school in high standing and move on to college. The daughter of a carpenter, she is determined to help her family by graduating in college and getting a good job. She has 5 siblings aand the eldest has started work in a local factory. Her mother has no job at all since she is reponsible for taking care of Jonna's younger siblings. With her father's and older sister's concerted effort, they could only manage to put food on the table for the seven family members.
