About

Mark is blessed with a happy disposition. He has a smile that lights up his face every time you see him. A third year in high school at the Tanauan City High School, his difficulties in life are not reflected in his positive outlook. His father has no work at all and his mother, a laundry woman who earns below the minimum salary, is the only breadwinner in the family. He helps parents with chores and by taking good care of his two younger siblings as their big brother. He helps them with their assignments and sees to it that like him, they go to school everyday. For Mark, this is one way to ease his mother's financial responsibilities. He belongs to the above average group in his class, finishing the last school year with a grade of 86.82%. His highest grade is in Filipino 91% and lowest in Math & Science 85% grade on both subjects. Mark is looking forward to finish high school and move up to college. He is considering taking courses in computer technology, education or engineering. He is very focused on the present to achieve his dreams. Mark is grateful for the help he recieves from his generous funders.
