Luc gets his/her water from: public fountain, faucet
Typically I get my water from a faucet. It is pumped to the faucets around my house and when I need to use water, I can turn on the faucet and use my water where I need to. When I am out of my house and am thirsty, I will use a public water fountain to get a drink of water.

The water I use is always pumped underground. I never take part in the transportation of the water I use and the government takes care of it for me.
