i have two solution concerning to those problems which facing Ukraine.
the first one is by Ukrainian make a deal with Russia:Ukrainian can cooperate with Russian and see how they can control and benefit on that.this will help to avoid Russia soldiers invades Ukrainians.
the second is by collection of tax:Government can collect tax in different formal sectors like industries,hospitals,schools and so forth.this will led to increase the national income and government used it to improve infrastructures,social services and security.

i hope my solution will help Ukraine.

The problem of homeless people is so big because if people at sewer areas it can cause the different disease like flu,due to a large number of people to live in a small area.And also because of polluted they can get air bone diseases.
But i have one measure which is;
The Ulaanbaatar government should support their people on decrease the areas which have many trees and build houses in order to fix the homeless problem.
I have only that i think if the government should do this with cooperate with other people to build houses the problem can be fixed

I hope your going on well,even me fantasti my dear.I would like to say thanks for the post.I strong agree this post extrem poverty and war in khartoum.The peple of khartoum face sever obstacles including lack of food,water,education and health center,there are no job available so this state of povert.Infact after the civil war with the south khartoum post-conflict condition never reached a point of stability.Instead environment factors in neighboring cities such as heavy drought,forced several families to move from urban areas.So government of khartoum must make solution to solve this problems like;
*First achieving lasting peac and reducing the risk of future conflicts
*Second making substantial progress to wards reducing and other development goals,also is based upon the need to share the benefit of economic growth widely and equitably throughout the country
Rural development priorities focus on poverty reduction,restorant of live,provision of essential infrastructure and services and investiments in agriculture,especially the rainfed sector.
*Also bulding a decentralized and mult-layered governance structure that is characterized by transparency accountability and adequate resource allocation.This are the tew solution of extrem povert and war in khartoum.

But i have get some point as follows.
The firstb point is to eract laws against them.
The second you should introduce a speal area for smpking.
And the last is to increase the tax to the community like sigallate.

The first point is to to establish strong laws against the city for example if some one kill's his friend he/she must be killed.
The second point is to provide education to the society.

I have some points as follows;
The first point you should encourage investers.
The Second point is to establish public toilets rather than praivate in Mumbai station.

My self i have found some poinst for that prpblem of air pollution in Beijing as follows;
The first point is to provide education to the society.
The second point is to make strong policies and laws to all the industries that pollute the air.
And the last point is to establish other altenatives like the use of coal in industries rather than using trees the live the land bare hence causing pollution through the wind
