Student Bio
Patrick writes: "I am 20 years and currently in my first year at Senior High School. My father is a farmer and my mother is unemployed. I am presently a victim of a broken home. My mother has been responsible for my education because my dad claims he has no money. This has resulted in a rampant school dropout pattern in my family. I am a twin and we are the last born of our parents. Out of the 5 children, all four could not go beyond Junior High School level including my twin sister all because of financial reasons. I am the only one who with the help of my mother and others have made it this far. I do not intend to quit now that I have made it this far but I also recognize the fact that my faith is in the hands of people and institutions who are willing to support people like me who though know the value of education, are unable to access it. I am hereby requesting the good gesture of sympathizers and activists of child education to support my education to the tertiary level and beyond. This I know, education will put me in the right state to be a redeemer to my needy family and my community."
