The dream of my life is that one day I will be a doctor. I want to treat sick people. I was very proud when I was selected to join Iringa Girls Secondary School. I hope to achieve my dream of becoming a doctor. Now I am on my way. Four years from now I want to pass my examinations and start my A-levels.
School Year 2018
My life situation was affected by the death of my mother in 2012. But we are very grateful to God for keeping us alive and giving us a place to sleep at night. The most important thing for me is to finish secondary school and college. After that I would like to have a higher standard of living. I would like to be a teacher of secondary school. I would like to teach students how to make their dreams come true. I would like to tell poor students that their background doesn't matter. What matters is where they are going, not the challenges that they have come from. In our house we lacked food and clothes. Sometimes I share clothes with my younger brother. After graduating from college, I would like to be somewhere teaching, either in Tanzania or in another country. I am sure that I will be a good teacher and will inspire students to behave in a proper way.
School Year 2017
I am in form one at Kleruu Secondary School. The most difficult experience I had was when I saw a man chasing a female student. He wanted to rape her. I learnt that girls must have security and one source of their security must be our society. In the future I want to be a pilot. I will study hard to reach my ambition. I always feel very happy when I teach other student. Four years from now, I would like to influence female students to study and perform well because in our society, girls are not given the chance to get education.

Erick loves to play football but he is especially determined to score division one on his national exams so that he may fulfill his dreams of becoming an Engineer. Erick believes that by paying for his school fees, TSF will allow him to achieve success in realizing his dreams to help his family and his nation.
School Year 2016
Class rank: 3/57 My goals to be a teacher of history and Kiswahili subjects and I hope my goals will be achieved. I live with my mother only. My life is very hard because my mother is a tailor and does not engage in any other job. We live in a rural area, and it is difficult to get customers for making clothes. My life started to be hard after mother and father separated according to family. Also the income of my mother per day is not enough to support our basic needs. She fails to pay my school fees on time. My father cannot assist me to pay school fees because he is a peasant farmer who does not earn much. I will be happy if The School Fund agrees to support me to achieve my goals and I promise that I will support other students who have problems like me.
School Year 2017
My home life is so difficult. But even so, my mother ensured that I will attend school and get a quality education. In my family I am the only one who has the highest education level. I am the last born to my mother. Our life started to be hard when my father left us. My mother took work as food vendor. She cooks different foods and she sells the food in the market. After completing my primary school, I was selected to join a secondary school, but my mother doesn't have enough money to send me to school. Someone helped her with a little capital and my mother started another business. She now sells fish at market. She is a business woman! When I complete my advanced level education with the highest mark Division 1, and also when I reach my goal of becoming a public speaker, I will be the voice of all the less fortunate people.
