Faith is a 17 year old girl interested in nursing. She has suffered with a fistula for several years and had many difficult surgeries. She is a resilient young woman ready to start form 1 January of 2020. Faith is one of five children and she lives with her parents, who do casual jobs to try to provide for their family.

After Brenda's family was abandoned by their father, she and her four siblings were raised by their working mother. She became pregnant at the young age of 16, and eventually gave birth to a stillborn child. She had a very difficult delivery and required surgery. She was fortunate to find a clinic in Eldoret that provided the surgery she needed to heal. During her recovery, she dreamed of returning to school to study her favorite subject, English, and become a teacher. She is now a studious member of Class 7 at St. Joan's Academy, and is on track to graduate in 2020.

She was identified by "A Little 4 A Lot" and was taken back to school. She left her baby under the care of mother and gladly went to school. Her parents are quite poor and Anne hopes that when she is done with school she can support her baby and her mother. She thinks that she is very lucky for this second chance to go to school. She hopes to be a nurse and help others.
