Amiira has six sisters and five brothers. Amiira is most proud of volunteering her time to tutor at the local orphanage weekly. In school, her favorite subject is math. Outside of school, Amiira enjoys reading and watching anime. She enjoys learning about different countries and cultures. In the future, Amiira hopes to be able to travel far and wide.

Shivanshi's father is a farmer, so she wants to know more about farming. As such her favorite subject is agriculture. Someday she wants to be a teacher but in the meantime, she enjoys dancing when she's not studying.

Anil is the youngest of his 5 siblings and the only one who will completed high school. A quiet hard working boy he enjoys reading in the library and telling jokes. He wants to grow up and get a good government job so that he can look after his parents. He is very aware of the sacrifices his family have made to ensure he is able to study even though his elder siblings could not. His farming family looks to earn extra money by driving taxi vehicles in and around Lucknow.

A new student in 2016, Ajay is a confident child and a willing worker. He is also active in co-curricular activities and enjoys playing kabbadi and cricket. Academically he needs a lot of help and support, as there was not a lot of teaching in his previous school. The teachers have been working with him separately to make sure he comes to the same level as his peers. He has responded very well and has been steadily showing improvement since joining.

Kind hearted and helpful, Abhishekh loves eating ice-cream and playing football. He represented his house in athletics and kabbadi in this session. Abhishek wants to do well at academics but sometimes finds it hard cope with math. He has worked hard and shown considerable improvement since joining the Milaan School. He is always very active in co-circular activities and takes advantage of every opportunity to participate.

Divya is an introvert. She doesn't speak much in class. She is much better in expressing herself through art. Due to lack of money she couldn't carry on her studies after 5th class. This year she has joind SLRC under swabhiman program. Her aim is to be a painter or an artist.

My name is Esther. I am third born in our family. My parents are peasants and they grow maize, beans, and vegetables. I live with my parents who try to borrow some money in their groups in order to send me in the school. My mom encourages me to study hard in order to achieve my goal. My goal is to be an accountant but my parents do not have enough money my school requirements, for example books and school fees. I fear that I will lose my dreams but I trust that TSF will assist me to achieve my goal.
