Nasriin Mohamoud Faarah is a 15 year old from Burco, Somaliland. She’s entering the ninth grade at Abaarso School of Science and Technology. In her free time, she loves to read. However, her favorite subject is math. Nasrin is also a proctor, one of the highest honors available to an Abaarso student. “I manage the students and help the younger students and teach them the school rules,” she says. In the future, she wants to be an engineer, and at some point, create her own company. “I want to build schools,” Nasrin adds. “For free sometimes.”
