Class Rank: 3/65 My dream is to become a doctor, I will continue study hard to get there. Four years from now I want to complete the secondary education, and proceed to higher advanced education which will take me one step closer to my dream. The most difficult time for me and my family was when my father failed to pay back a loan, and the whole family's life become miserable. I learned that my father loves us because he borrowed money in order to care of us. The happiest moment of my life is when we had a school tour to visit Mikumi National Park.

My life has been difficult since I started to live as a slave because my mother left me alone with my relatives. She turned back to her parents. During my primary school, there was no one who cared about my school requirement. This situation became deeper when I was in secondary school. I am here to thank my teachers in my Ordinary level who saw my situation and gave me a chance to finish my Form 4. It is through their kindness – even today there is still a debt to my Ordinary level. Also I thank God that I was accepted to join the Advanced School through the promise of paying the school fees when chance allows me to do so. I am dreaming to be a doctor one day. I will get there through studying hard. I am so grateful to get the scholarship from The School Fund so I will be able to continue my education and get rid of these bad situations. In the future when I reach my dream I will also help the society and students like me who need help.

I have an older brother and a young one. My father is a tailor, my mother is a housewife. When my grandfather died, life became difficult. My parents had problem paying schools fees, as a result I had been missing some of my studies. I am a hardworking girl particularly in studies. I want to be a lawyer. I know the road is hard but I have always told myself that with determination I can achieve. When I saw my form 4 national exam results were good, I knew my hard work had paid off. The day I saw my name among the few chosen for advanced education, that was the happiest moment in my life. Two years from now I want to be in university so I can fulfill my lifelong dream. I always say you may not be perfect but you are good enough for something.

Class rank: 2/141 I live with my father. Our life became hard after my mother passed away in January of 2016. She was an important person who struggled to make our life good. The memory of her makes me sad, but I hope The School Fund will help me until my dream becomes true. I give thanks to The School Fund for giving me the scholarship so I will be able to attend school. Now I can look forward to a happy day, because my dream will be completed. One thing I plan to do after I complete the highest level of education is to help disadvantaged people like orphans and students who failed to pay their school fee. I will work hard in order to become a great doctor in heart diseases. One day I will be able to save someone like my mother.

My life has been difficult because my family is economically poor and have no good jobs. My parents depend on peasant farming. Through it they raise only a small crops which is not enough for the children to get basic needs. When I was in Ordinary level, I was frequently sent home because the school fees were not paid. Through the assistance of my neighbors, I reached the end of my Form four and passed the examinations. For myself, I believe that in order to get good life, it's better first to get education. My dream is to be a lawyer. In order to complete my dream I will need to attend school and acquire a degree. After that I would like to have a higher standard of living. Also I would like to open special school in order to educate students who are coming from poor families. My second plan is to help women in the community by providing to them education concerning life.
