At Project Esperanza, we believe in creating positive change through progressive education and social efforts in both the Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and New River Valley, Virginia communities. We have developed a lasting "sister community" partnership, in which we encourage people to use their economic and educational resources in socially generative ways; constantly improving the quality of life in both communities.
