My name is Zakariye Muse. I am the youngest person of a family that consists of eight people. My father died six months after I was born and as an alternative to his absence, my mother became determined to raise me well and see me become successful. When I was seven years old, I attended the free tuition primary school in Somaliland. While there, I stood out from the rest of the students, showing diligence and an insatiable desire for education. Eight years later, I qualified to get into the most prestigious school in my country: Abaarso School of Science & Technology. Abaarso School has made a lot of difference in my life and has opened my eyes to life's possibilities. The school drastically broadened my passion for knowledge, taught me to become more responsible, and above all, gave me insight that a bright future was within my reach.
