Thank you for this scholarship. It has really given me hope in life and in my education. I am in class 8 and I shall be taking national exams this year. I pray for God’s grace and abundance to you for all the help you’ve given me in recent years. Be blessed.
When this year began, I was really disappointed about what people were saying. I went to school very sad about the sad news. I could not understand it. Some days and months went on. It now became a serious thing. I heard and saw it on newspapers, television and radio. When now I followed strictly about the disease, one of my teachers told me that the disease was COVID 19. I really wondered. The president said the disease had already killed many people in other countries. He announced that all schools should be closed before COVID-19 spreads in our country. As we closed the schools, many of my friends, neighbors and relatives died. It really affected my education but we pray to Almighty God. It is now getting to a point where everybody must now care for him or herself from the disease. People are really dying. People are getting a hard time to look for food for their kids. Some parents were too afraid to go and work because of the disease. Lastly, we should just follow the instructions that were given.
