About
Victoria is a bright girl whose hope has been kindled by admission to Agape Mercy Children's Center. She became a partial orphan when her father died in October 2006. Victoria's family is poor - her mother had been a housewife before the death of her unemployed father. With the death of the father, the full burden of feeding and providing for three children was left upon the poor, semi-illiterate widow. They live on a small plot of land that they attempt to farm, though to little success. Before admission to AMCC, Victoria was at-risk of being forced into exploitative child labor or commercial sex, risking infection with HIV/AIDS.
Victoria's dream is to become a journalist so that she can help her mother provide for her two sisters. She plans to do so only after graduating from a recognized university, whether local or abroad. Her favorite foods are rice and kale.
