About

Shangwe is a student at Lugalo Secondary School graduating in 2011. He lives with his aunt and uncle because his mother died in 1998 and his father couldn't take care of him. Shangwe is an incredible student who enjoys all subjects, but he is mainly interested in physics and chemistry. Along with his best friend Yasini, Shangwe hopes to become a doctor in order to help the thousands in Tanzania who are sick and don't have access to medical help. Shangwe and Yasini do all their homework together, and put studying as their absolute top priority now that they don't have to work for school tuition. For this, Shangwe says thank you a million times to all TSF donors.

Hi everybody!
I can't forget this organisation because it has played a great role in my life. I always thank all who supported me in any means, may be some people can not see advantages of this organisation as benefitial members or donors but I believe each student who already passed through this organisation saw it's potential in his/her life.
I would like to encourage all donors to put more efforts so as many students can have access to this service, and the students to perform well in their studies so as to attain the stated goals by the organisatin and hence to reach their dreams.
I'm a graduate of 2018, Bacheror degree in Science with education( Chemistry and Biology ) because this organisation made me to be who am I today but without putting much efforts myself I can't achieve it.
I would like to inspire all the students in this organisation to put much efforts in their studies because they are luck to get this service. Thank you so much.
Hi Rachel!
It's so long time since I wrote to my journal, I'm doing good and thank God at the end of this year will be my graduation. Can't wait to hear from you,
Miss you much!!!

Fiona is the last born in a family of three. She lives with both her parents who are casual labourers. Her mother had a major surgery on her left hand in 2020. This made them sell part of their property to take care of the medical bills and thus reducing their income significantly and again making it very difficult for them to take care of the education bills of their children. Fiona drew her inspiration to pursue success from her Math teacher and she aspires to be a civil engineer to make contributions in the development of infrastructure in her village.
