About

Neema is a student at Lugalo Secondary School in Iringa and will graduate in 2011. Every day she walks two hours to school to pursue her dreams of becoming a doctor. Her voice gains intensity as she speaks about issues that plague Tanzania. Some days she returns home to no food and has to perform her household responsibilities on an empty stomach. An education is the one part of her life she believes she can control. For Neema, The School Fund provides stability in a world where chaos surrounds her.
