Hello, my name is Ivyonne, a student at Highway Academy High School. I like reading novels and playing soccer. Recently, I have read the book `Blossom of the Savanna’ which was written by Hedrick Ibsen. The book is educative and encouraging. It is all thanks to the school library which has enough reading materials for us to read.

I would like to be a lawyer in future, because of my passion in justice and equality to everyone.

All thanks to the school management and the WEMA fraternity for everything effort they have put in to enable me access an education.
Hi Ivonne! I am so happy for your grandmother that she gets to watch a brilliant girl like you grow up! She is very lucky to have you. I hope you do become a judge one day and bring lots of fairness & equality to this world! Study hard, keep setting new goals, & find a way to find happiness in everything you do!

    Matata

    Kenya

Matata is a daring young boy who believes that success is often achieved by those who don’t know that failure is inevitable. He is the last born in a family of four. His parents are unemployed and largely depend on subsistence farming, which has been negatively affected by frequent severe droughts. Most of the rural roads in his village are very impassable and this has pushed him towards achieving his dream of becoming an engineer. Since Matata was a young boy, he has always liked playing football not only at home but also in school and he was the goalkeeper for his school team.
