About
It was 2009 when I started standard 1. I was very happy to start primary level.
When my mother died, it was really painful to me. It is a gap which will never be filled in my heart.
After the funeral, I continued my studies. I am thankful I completed the term and passed the exam to standard 2. When I was in class 2, my father was my hope but after my mother's death, he changed and did not take care of me. Instead I was raised by my relatives.
In 2010, my father died too and I have lived with my grandmother ever since. I was my parents' only child.
Because of these challenges, I have learned that education is the best of all worldly things, better than money which gets used up. Education is the best heritage. I will never give up the chance for education.
I really appreciate being selected as a scholarship beneficiary of The School Fund. I will work hard, very hard, to achieve my dream and help less fortunate people
