I would really like to be a counselor because I would like to advise people about how to avoid diseases caused by poor nutrition. To reach there, I must study everything I need so that I can achieve this position. My most difficult time was when I was in standard five. I used to sell roughages (spinach) with my mother because we had no money to pay school fees and to rent a house. I learnt that no matter how hard it is, I must be patient and fight so that I can achieve great things in life. When I saw my national examination results, I felt that I could do more in the future. The happiest moment in my life was when I joined TSF. I knew that I would be able to study well since I got the support economically and socially. Two years from now, I want to accomplish many things, including selling different snacks like kebabs, using the knowledge I got from food nutrition so that I can earn profit, and use the profit to buy different things for my family. From this, I can get experience on how to conduct a profitable business. Also I want to fight against poor nutrition, starting with my family, so that I can provide knowledge to the people around me.

Here i am again ,
now i wanna share with you how to make pancakes with few procedures.
first you collect your ingredients ,you do preparation and lastly you cook and serve.

ingredients needed are wheat flour 1/2kg, 3eggs, milk/water,1carrot ,1green pepper,1onion and 1/4 cooking oil.
first you take a plastick bowl and not the steel one then you mix the flour along with milk to make a butter.After this you beat the eggs in a different bowl then you mix it together with butter, also grate or chop the carrots,green pepper and onion in any size of your choice then you add to the mixture and mix well after this you cook[shallow frying] and serve.

This is how I used to cook pancakes are most delicious and can be eaten anytime with meat/liver stew and juice.
