About

Purity comes from a family of six siblings; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is the fifth born child in her family. She lives with her parents who do casual jobs to cater for the family needs. Her elder siblings dropped out of school due to lack of school fees. Despite the challenges that she faced, her dream of becoming a doctor to treat her ailing mother, who always complains of severe headaches and pneumonia, has not shattered. Purity hopes that one day she will get her family from the shackles of poverty that they are in and she believes that where there is a will there's a way.

Hello donors,
I am well and good and at is my hope that you are also fine . We have just broke for our December holiday and we shall be resuming back to school next year January 2025. I finally went back to school well and continued with my studies. It is also my hope that you have been good. This time round, I had no burning challenges at school. Through the holiday, I am going to spent much of my time studying.I also wish you a nice holiday as we are looking forward to a happy
merry Christmas. I will also never get tired for saying thank you for your great support in my studies. I wish a happy day.
Hello donors,
Its my hope that you are doing well and good.
On my side, I am fine and well. We have broke for
term two holiday and I thank the almighty for taking us
through the term. The term has been so busy and I am so glad to
inform you that we were able to catch up with time, after the
heavy floods that interfered with our studies here in Kenya.
Of course, our school chief principal had to change the
school timetable so as to cover the time lost during the
disaster. Therefore, the students had to put themselves in
her shoes.
This term, we also participated in games and
we managed to proceed up to county level. The music club also
won a trophy and they are now proceeding to the national level.
This term, the weather has not been so favourable to all and a number of students have just found them selves very sick with pneumonia and colds.
A few weeks ago, we experienced a mild earthquake in our area but
I thank the lord for keeping us save. During this holiday,I am going to spent much of my time studying as the adage states,if you want to go to the moon, aim at the sun.
Lastly my heart felt gratitude goes to you all for your big support in my studies and may the lord bless your pockets abundantly. I wish you all a blessed day.

I wish all my dreams come true even though it is had to reach them. One of my dreams is to help other people who need special help, especially orphans and those whose lives are hard and poor. I also wish to help other girls who face problems that make them to fail reach their dreams. The most difficult experience in my early life was when my father and my mother divorced. It was hard for me to decide which one I should live with, my mother or my father. I did not know what was the right way. The situation made my performance at school drop. Then my dad took me and my siblings and he tried his best to provide good care for us and ensure that we got education. When I was selected for secondary school in Morogoro, my father didn’t have enough money for my school expenses. He talked with the headmistress so I could stay at school while he raised the money. The headmistress was very understanding. I completed my O-level education there and now I am in A-levels at Iringa Girls Secondary School. I am proud of myself when I do something that is appreciated by people and when I make someone happy.

I am here since I was 7 years old. When I came here, I was a small child. I only know a little bit about my parents. My mother died when I was 6 years old and my father got another marriage. After that he left me and one of my uncles took me here. Since he left me here, no one came to see me. I still don't know where he is. Either he is alive or died. I am a very poor boy. I hope you will help me."
