Hello TSF family,
How have you all been? I wanna share with you about drawing
It is a making of sketches or pictures using different drawing tools like pencils, colours, paints, pen. I love drawing as I express what I feel, drawing makes me stressless, I love my world when it comes to drawing as I see that I can also do something realistic and fabulous. I normally take much time in drawing even if I am moodless, overstressed or bored because they all disappear as I sketch or draw. I can not say that I am much expert in drawing, it's absolutely not because there are so many thing that I learn from different artists, I get new ideas and skills about drawing, I can only say that Drawing is my talent and am doing it effectively as God gives everyone a talent,

Hello TSF family
today I want to share with you about 'PHILOSOPHY'
The word philosophy is a combination of two word Greek words which are; PHILO meaning showing wisdom and SOPHIA meaning having wisdom or love. Philosophy is being applied everywhere in the world as in Religion, it explains the origin of man as man was created by God and the first people to be created were ADAM and EVE,this also shows the existance of GOD. As it is the process of showing wisdom , Wisdom can be measured through;
Proper judgement
Right decision
Having reality
knowledgeability
behaviours
In the world there are alot of Philosophers who are termed as the great thinkers who come up of new ideas and views, such philosophers include Mwl.Julius K. Nyerere who was the first president of Tanzania, Mahatma Gandhi who believed that canning a student is not the proper way of raising their performance, Erick Erickson, Aristotte, Karl Marx, Plato and Kwame Nkruma all these people played a great roll on Education, Democracy and Economics.
THANK YOU
Hello TSF family, its my greatest hope that you are doing great and thank God am absolutely fine thank to you as well as I am still doing well in my studies. I would love to thank all of you for all the support and care that you have been showing me, without you I couldn't reach to where I am right now, I pray to God that you all have have long and successful life may all your efforts be counted as a blessing. Thank you for being there for us all ,I have nothing more to say than to thank you and pray for you in everything. STAY BLESSED.
Hello there Ginzela!

First i like your name and i think its got a strong meaning in it!
Second thank you for what you say its really much of a compliment.

Also i want to tell you that being confident is fabulous, glorious thing to behold.Being sure of your self, capabilities and constantly proving yourself to be worthy of you self-assurance is the best part.

Its all too common for a woman's confidence to be misconstructed for a full cockiness! men are allowed to be confident as they'd like without ever being faulted, yet when a woman demonstrates these same behaviors, she is considered arrogant and self-absorbed.

All of the misconceptions surrounding the profoundly confident woman can be attributed to the unfair role society puts onto women. Women are told to be meek and unassuming. We’re supposed to be quiet and reserved. If we're bold, we're thought to be brass. If we're solid, we're thought to be self-centered.

No way! Pass on that! Women do not need to settle for these ridiculous, societal tropes. Women should be proud of their strength.
The confident woman should not be faulted; she should be praised.

If you have the self-awareness and courage to believe in yourself, that is something you should be proud of. If you’re a confident girl, hold your head high.
And that's what you should be from friend!
Hope you work to it

Cleopatra

Dear Girls of Iringa School,

Happy New Year 2017!
I hope you had a relaxing, happy, long break, a break that calmed your mind and refreshed your spirit.

I wanted to write you all as a group to explain why I went silent In the School Fund posts) late October and since then, including during your school break.

I had an operation named a "total hip replacement" in November and I was off work and staying with friends while I recovered. I go back to work tomorrow January 16th a National Holiday in the U.S. in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King.

I missed you all, and I look forward to reading your posts as the New Year and your school year moves ahead.

If any of you are interested in medical or nursing topics and want to know more about this operation, just write me? ( I promise not to make the description too terrible).
I just found the whole process very interesting.

Here is a thought for your new school term;

"As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives". Henry David Thoreau

be well!
Karen
Dear Students,

As the New Year begins, I make a habit of collecting new wisdom from different sources to guide my life for the New Year. Below are a few of my favorite things I found that I would like to share with you:

1) Experience The Joy Of Learning

Each time you learn something new you gain more knowledge and with more knowledge come more confidence. Learning helps us become more adaptable and flexible to new situations. Learning encourages us to be more creative and innovative in our thinking and we are therefore more comfortable with the unknown.
Reading books is a great way for us to learn. To fully embrace the joy of learning, never stop reading and searching for more knowledge.

2) Touch someone’s soul with your kindness

Random Acts of Kindness. It’s the little things in life that matter most. Hold a door, smile at people. Kindness does not cost much and it touches the soul of another person.

3) When you master your emotions, you master your life

Anger. This is one emotion that is sure to pop up sometime during the day. How you deal with your anger says a lot about who you are as a person. How well do you manage your emotions? Do you have a harsh reaction if someone says something insulting to you? Anger can be a destructive emotion if not managed properly.

4) Respect other people’s opinions even when they differ from your own.

Conflict. It’s rare that two people agree on most topics. Conflict is everywhere. It happens at work, home, with family and friends. Disagreeing isn’t the problem (although most people think it is). The problem is not giving value to the opinions of others.

5) Speech is a powerful tool.

Your words. Watch your words carefully. They can be daggers or building blocks. You can crush the spirit of someone or make them feel like they can conquer the world. Taste your words before you spit them out. Words are your thoughts coming to life. It’s your choice.

What are your favorite quotes and wisdom to live by? I’d love to hear your thought on that.

Cheers,
Jonathan Gilbert
My dear student,
This school year went by so quickly. I just like to say hello to every one. Wish you have great break and wonderful holidays. Remember read your favor books during the break too. Think what is you would like to accomplish for you next school year? How are going to get there? Use this break to prepare yourself. I wish all of you had great future ahead of you. You have to work hard to get there.
In US we had Thanksgiving, now every body prepare for Christmas then will be New Year.
It is the most busy and happy time for every body. Wish see you all next August or September. Best regards,
Judy
Hi

How are you guys doing?

I understand the school semester is coming to an end very soon. Have you had a good semester? Are you looking forward to having some time off.

I have not done much since I wrote to you last time. Just the daily routine stuff. One thing I would like to mention is my volunteer work in a animal shelter. Every Monday I go to an animal shelter to take care of some dogs. This shelter has both dogs and cats. Since I am allergic to cats, I limited my work with just dogs. I take them out to walk around the neighborhood and give them many treats. Some of the dogs have been there for quite a while. I feel very bad for them. I wish I can adopt them. But I already have a dog at home. She will not be happy if I bring other dogs home. She does not want to share me with other dogs.

I am leaving for a trip to Antartica in December. I hope it will not be too cold while I am there. I will let you know how it is like there.

Hope you have a good time during your month off.

Until next time,

Indy

Experiences in my life are when I failed my examination during primary education and also when my parents failed to pay food for me. My difficult experiences in my life are when my parents have insufficient enough money to pay for all my basic needs at school such as food and other school contributions. The thing that makes me feel so proud of myself is when I succeeded in joining O-level education. This makes me feel that I will, I must, I can do everything. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life will be to reach my dream of being a doctor general so as I can help other people in society. My future dream is to be a GOOD surgical doctor. After me reaching my dream, I will give back help to my society and family, but also to WEF. I need to work hard upon reaching my dream in my life. Once I get chance to have power of changing anything in country, I will improve the education system by converting science subjects from theory to practical. In most of our schools, they teach science subjects mostly theoretically. I will start from there because as we know education is the key to every success in our people.

Notable experiences in my life are, first, passing my standard seven examination and, second, entering secondary school. My most difficult experience was when I started to learn English. I have learned that if you want to do something, you have to work hard. I felt proud was when I entered secondary school. My most memorable and happiest thoughts are from when I celebrated at my birthday party. My dream is to be an electrical engineer. I will get there through studying hard and doing well in science subjects. If I had the power to change my country, I would like to improve the electricity supply especially in rural areas because there are shortages of electric power.

The experience that I had early in life was to score good marks in my class, whereby I got good grades which encouraged me to study hard in class. The difficult experience that occurred in my life was an accident on my way back home. I learnt that I should not play again in bad areas. In my life I am proud of myself. I was getting low marks in class but now I have managed to improve a lot. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life is to play football. It exercises my body regularly and hence strengthens my body system. My dream is to become a mechanical engineer. The best way to reach it is through studying hard in school, in physics, mathematics and chemistry. If I had power in my country, I would change the education system of the country so that it helps graduates to depend more on self-employment.
