So sometimes I feel bad and wishing to leave school for failing to pay school fees and contributions. Sometimes also I don't have bus fair of going back to school that is problem to my side and also sometimes I fail my exams because of coming late to school. I like to be an accountant and I know education can help me achieve my dreams, also I believe if I get a help I will do my best to perform well in studies. I believe education is a key of my life and if I complete my studies I will help others who are in problems like me.

Hi School Fund student

How are you? How is the new school year so far?

Do you have pets? Do you love animals? I do. I am a devoted animal person. I have a 14 years old dog. Her name is Mabel. We have had her since she was 7 years old. Prior to that she lived with my daughter. My daughter was too busy to take care of her. So the dog came to live with us. She brought a lot of happiness to my husband and myself.

I have been volunteering to a cat rescue group since 2009. Because I am allergic to cats (cats make me sneeze), I cannot involve in taking care of the cats. I can only answer phone calls for this group. People will call us when they want to adopt a cat, or they need to surrender the cat When they can no longer take care of them. They also call us when they find an abandoned cat. This cat group is in Massachusetts. The winter is very cold there. The temperature can drop down below zero degree. The abandoned cat cannot survive in such cold weather. We will go and rescue these cats. We also help people to find their lost cat. I enjoy working with the volunteers in his group. They are very nice and so dedicated to helping those cats in need.

I hope you have fun studying for the school work. I will write to you next month.

Please write back.

Until next time,
Indy

My fellow students, time just flew so fast. This semester is close to its end. You all must be very busy preparing for your final exams.

The way to do is that you set your final goal, the goal between one step a time and try reach it then go for the next goal, eventually, you will reach your final destination.

Hi Student

Are you ready for your school break? When I was at school, I cannot wait to have my summer and winter breaks.

I did a bit traveling last month. I took a cruise trip to cross the Atlantic Ocean. I boarded the ship in Miami. It took seven days to cross the Atlantic Ocean, the first stop is at Canary Islands. It is part of Spain. The crossing was pretty smooth. I only had one rough sea day. It was nice to get off the boat and touched the land. Eventually we visit three other cities in Spain, Malaga, Catagena and Barcelona. Basically the boat sailed along the northern end of the Middertarian sea. Later we also visited Nice, which is in France, and Florence, which is in Italy. Finally we got off in Roma. Have you heard of these places? Maybe you can use the Internet to google these places. The whole trip lasted 17 days. I am very happy to return home after this long period of time. Nothing compares to home. Don't you agree?

What is the plan for the school break? Please write back to me and let me know.

Until next time,
Indy
Dear Young Ladies of Iringa School,

It has been a long time since I wrote to you. I hope that you are in good health, and that your studies are going well.

Your mid-term exams were just last month, how did you do?

I would like to hear from you, to learn what you are doing and thinking and how your families and friends are.

What are you learning in school now?

As for me my life is busy with work and family. My son and his girlfriend are getting married soon, and just recently I have been helping them set up their new apartment.

As always I am reading a lot of interesting books and articles; this week I have been reading about the discoveries and photos coming in from a spacecraft that has been circling the planet Jupiter, there is a giant hurricane on the planet with winds up to 1609 km per hour.

I look forward to reading your new journal posts.
Be well,
Karen
Hello Kareen, i hope you are fine, Thank you for your wishes of my midterm exams, i always love mathematics because it applied in daily life.
Have a nice weekend.
Joyce, K.
Hello madam judy, I hope you are fine. Am fine too. The things that i like are; group discussion, private studies, cooperation with teachers during learning process, and making revisions. The things that i dislike are; selfishness of learning materials and lack of cooperation from teachers and students. I request you to continue sponsoring in my advance level of studies. Thanks for school supplies and uniforms that you have provided for us.
Have a good day.
Joyce, K.
Dear student,
It has been very long time since last time I wrote to you. I have been out of town attending conferences, doing business and helping with family issues.
I know the new school year began two months ago and I hope you are able to focus on your studies and set goals for yourself. I hope you are doing well this school year.
In your journals I would like to see you are learning, what you like and dislike about the school, your accomplishments, your difficulties your life and your obstacles you face.
I want you to evaluate yourself, what is your strength and weakness, which area do you need to improve yourself. That way I could know who you are and help me to know you better. I wish you have a great year ahead of you and let me know there are anything you need me to help.
Best regards, Judy
Hello Joyce,

Your subjects seem very interesting, I admire your work in mathematics especially since I do not have the kind of mind that understands math, all I can do is to stand back and admire those people who work hard to master record keeping.

Also bookkeepers and accountants are valuable to companies, I admire your dedication to your future.

Good luck with your midterms on March 29th? I will be thinking good thoughts for you.

With my best wishes,
Karen

The picture might be Joyce dreaming a dream about numbers.
hello karen, i hope your fine. Also am fine too. Am learning many subjects including Bookkeeping, Commerce and Mathematics.
Now we are about to start midterm exams on 29 of march 2017. I wish i will perform better.
WISHING YOU GOOD SATURDAY.
Hello Joyce!

It is good to hear from you. I read that you are well, and that is good to read. I also read that you are doing well with your classwork.

What are you learning in class now?

I am reading a books about an expedition into the jungles of Honduras to find the "Lost City of the Monkey God" also known as "The White City".

The people had a massive epidemic in the 1750"s brought by the Europeans who brought with them diseases that the natives of the city had no immunity to. It is estimated that 90% of the city's people died of diseases.

The last act they made before abandoning their city was to smash the images of their Gods, to release the spirit inside the artwork.

I think that is sad. Here is a drawing of what the city might have looked like before the jungle covered it all.

Be well Joyce.

Karen
Hi Students

How are you? Did you enjoy your break?

My husband and I just came back from a trip to the Antartica. It was a long trip, 22 days total. We first flew to Buenos Aries, the capital city of Argentina. After spending two days there, we flew down to the Ushuaia, the tip of the South America continent to board a ship. The ship took us to the Falkland Island, the South Georgia Island and the Antartica Peninsula. This is the summer season there. The ice started to break up to allow the ship to sail there. The temperature was around 1 degree Celsius, not bad at all. Most days were sunny. We saw so many penguins, seals and sea birds. They were all having babies. The babies were cute beyond descriptions. Their parents were busy feeding them. You would be touched by how tentative the parents were towards their babies. The scenery was so beautiful. I hope you can go to the internet to check out this region. With the threat of globe warming, I am a bit worried about how long the Antartica continent will hold. Recently from the news report, a large chunk of ice actually broke off from the continent. Sad, isn't?

Ok, enough of my trip report.

Please write back to me.

Until next time,
Indy

I have experience planting vegetables because my parents do that. Also, we have a garden at our home. Therefore, that is experience I have had in life. Apart from that experience, I also had a difficult experience when I failed my geography exam. That enabled me to learn how to cooperate with other students. I was so proud of myself when I performed well in my national exam. The memorable and happiest moment in my life will be when I reach my dream of being pilot. I will be so happy. My biggest dream is to be a pilot. I will get there through studying hard in physics, geography, and mathematics. After reaching my dream, I will help my parents to modify their cultivation system and to become professional farmers. From there they can expand the area of cultivation into a large plantation. Once I get a chance to have the power to change my country, I will build many airports in each region and some districts. This will help in the flexibility of transportation in my country.

Notable experiences in my life are, first, passing my standard seven examination and, second, entering secondary school. My most difficult experience was when I started to learn English. I have learned that if you want to do something, you have to work hard. I felt proud was when I entered secondary school. My most memorable and happiest thoughts are from when I celebrated at my birthday party. My dream is to be an electrical engineer. I will get there through studying hard and doing well in science subjects. If I had the power to change my country, I would like to improve the electricity supply especially in rural areas because there are shortages of electric power.

Experiences in my life are when I failed my examination during primary education and also when my parents failed to pay food for me. My difficult experiences in my life are when my parents have insufficient enough money to pay for all my basic needs at school such as food and other school contributions. The thing that makes me feel so proud of myself is when I succeeded in joining O-level education. This makes me feel that I will, I must, I can do everything. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life will be to reach my dream of being a doctor general so as I can help other people in society. My future dream is to be a GOOD surgical doctor. After me reaching my dream, I will give back help to my society and family, but also to WEF. I need to work hard upon reaching my dream in my life. Once I get chance to have power of changing anything in country, I will improve the education system by converting science subjects from theory to practical. In most of our schools, they teach science subjects mostly theoretically. I will start from there because as we know education is the key to every success in our people.
