Class Rank: 5/138 The most difficult experience I had was that my grandfather died from a heart disease. I understood that in life you must be prepared for the unexpected. However when you are really sick, you need to be able to go to a hospital to be treated. My dream is to become an outstanding heart doctor, providing treatment to patients in all the Tanzania hospitals and the hospitals in all the east Africa countries. I will treat them for free if they don't have money, and I will help some children to go to school. I will make donation to the School Fund with the money I earn from the hospitals I serve.

Hi

My name is Indy Ting. I am very happy that Judy asks me to write to you and to become a friend to you.

First, Let me introduce myself to you. After working in the computer industry for many years, I retired about 7 years ago. I and my husband moved to San Fransco area about two years ago. I have two grown up daughters who live in New York City. I do not get to see them often. Right now I have a dog that lives with us. She is a very cute dog. My husband and I enjoy taking her for a walk everyday.

How is school these days? I missed my school days. Mathematics and writing were my favorite subject. What subject do you like.

My husband and I spend a month in Botswana and Keyna in 2015. It was an amazing experience for us. Hopefully we can go back to visit again.

Please write back to me. I am very interested to know what you are doing and what you life is like at school. Or you can ask me questions, any kind of questions.

How have you been? As another school year comes to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on another successful academic year.
For fun, I’d like to share with you some interesting facts about a country that I visited with my family recently and liked it very much.
This nation is a mountainous island called Iceland located in the North-Atlantic ocean close by the Arctic Ocean. The name Iceland may not be all that appropriate because although 10% of Iceland is covered by glaciers, it has a surprisingly mild climate and countless geothermal hot-spots and hot springs. It was one of the last places on earth to be settled my humans. There are some fun facts about this country that I thought you might find amusing:
1) Iceland’s revenue from whale watching from tourists exceeds any income from whaling.
2) Mosquitoes do not exist in Iceland. For this reason alone, I love this country :)
3) The Icelandic police don’t carry guns. Crime in Iceland is very low and violent crime is practically nonexistent.
4) Because the country is so safe, they have not had to build more jails in years. As a result there is a waiting list up to 3 months to be admit to jail :)
5) Around 85% of Iceland's electricity and heating comes from hydroelectric power and geothermal water.
6) They are very proud to be the “greenest” country in the world with virtually no pollution.

    Experiences in my life are when I failed my examination during primary education and also when my parents failed to pay food for me. My difficult experiences in my life are when my parents have insufficient enough money to pay for all my basic needs at school such as food and other school contributions. The thing that makes me feel so proud of myself is when I succeeded in joining O-level education. This makes me feel that I will, I must, I can do everything. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life will be to reach my dream of being a doctor general so as I can help other people in society. My future dream is to be a GOOD surgical doctor. After me reaching my dream, I will give back help to my society and family, but also to WEF. I need to work hard upon reaching my dream in my life. Once I get chance to have power of changing anything in country, I will improve the education system by converting science subjects from theory to practical. In most of our schools, they teach science subjects mostly theoretically. I will start from there because as we know education is the key to every success in our people.

I have learned that if you want to do something, you have to work hard. I felt proud was when I entered secondary school. I will get there through studying hard and doing well in science subjects.     The experience that I had early in life was to score good marks in my class, whereby I got good grades which encouraged me to study hard in class. The difficult experience that occurred in my life was an accident on my way back home. I learnt that I should not play again in bad areas. In my life I am proud of myself. I was getting low marks in class but now I have managed to improve a lot. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life is to play football. It exercises my body regularly and hence strengthens my body system. My dream is to become a mechanical engineer. The best way to reach it is through studying hard in school, in physics, mathematics and chemistry.
