About

I want to be a Pediatric when I grow up. I love to be with children and want to take care of their health. I will work hard and I won't complain, because when I love something I won't fell the hardship. My most difficult time in my life is when my father died. I was very sad. I could not stop asking the Lord why people we loved so much had to leave us. I learnt to be strong and be confident, always believe in myself. The moment I felt proud of myself is to be chosen by the School Fund so that I can continue my education. I plan to open/establish a hospital that every one can come for service. I'll thank the help from the School Fund by giving half of my salary to the organization.

Hello Karen
I wish you a happy year too. In this year i have many plans so as to achieve my goals. Also we are just alive until today because of God's grace and not by our own willing. I also bet that God keeps us alive until the end of this year too. May God bless you. AMEN
Dear Students,

Happy New Year 2017, congratulations on preparing for your exams and welcome back to school !

Here is a thought to begin the year on;

"As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives".

Henry David Thoreau

be well,
Karen

Hi

How are you guys doing?

I understand the school semester is coming to an end very soon. Have you had a good semester? Are you looking forward to having some time off.

I have not done much since I wrote to you last time. Just the daily routine stuff. One thing I would like to mention is my volunteer work in a animal shelter. Every Monday I go to an animal shelter to take care of some dogs. This shelter has both dogs and cats. Since I am allergic to cats, I limited my work with just dogs. I take them out to walk around the neighborhood and give them many treats. Some of the dogs have been there for quite a while. I feel very bad for them. I wish I can adopt them. But I already have a dog at home. She will not be happy if I bring other dogs home. She does not want to share me with other dogs.

I am leaving for a trip to Antartica in December. I hope it will not be too cold while I am there. I will let you know how it is like there.

Hope you have a good time during your month off.

Until next time,

Indy

Hi

How are you? I hope you find school fun and changellenging.

Summer is almost over here in California. It has not been a hot summer. But we have not had any rain for a few months. I am looking forward to raining season in the winter.

I have a 13 years old dog. She is a small dog, Weighs about 14 pounds. Her name is Mabel. She wakes up everyday at 6:30 am and waits patiently for us to take her out to walk. Do you like dogs?

Write back to tell me what you like to do after school.

Until next time,
Indy

Have a nice day.
Hello Jenny
I hope that you are fine .And I am sorry for those who got a fire accident.I our country there is no any bad weather or any accident.I wish you a nice day.Thank you.
Dear Anifa,
Hope you had a relax summer break. It is back to school time again. Are you ready for the up coming challenging semester? Wish you a successful school year.
Due to the global warming, everywhere seems to experience the climate change. In California, extreme hot and dry weather causes many wild fire. Fire has no mercy, it burned down everything in its path. I feel so bad for those who lost their homes and all their belongings. How is the weather in your neighborhood?
I am a volunteer to the TSFTZ team. I just finished logging the new O-Level students' information into the TSFTZ database. Finally I have some free time to write to you. I love to read your journal, please write to us when you get a chance.

Hello,

How have you been? As another school year comes to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on another successful academic year.
For fun, I’d like to share with you some interesting facts about a country that I visited with my family recently and liked it very much.
This nation is a mountainous island called Iceland located in the North-Atlantic ocean close by the Arctic Ocean. The name Iceland may not be all that appropriate because although 10% of Iceland is covered by glaciers, it has a surprisingly mild climate and countless geothermal hot-spots and hot springs. It was one of the last places on earth to be settled my humans. There are some fun facts about this country that I thought you might find amusing:
1) Iceland’s revenue from whale watching from tourists exceeds any income from whaling.
2) Mosquitoes do not exist in Iceland. For this reason alone, I love this country :)
3) The Icelandic police don’t carry guns. Crime in Iceland is very low and violent crime is practically nonexistent.
4) Because the country is so safe, they have not had to build more jails in years. As a result there is a waiting list up to 3 months to be admit to jail :)
5) Around 85% of Iceland's electricity and heating comes from hydroelectric power and geothermal water.
6) They are very proud to be the “greenest” country in the world with virtually no pollution.

I hope you will use Rachel-Pi to check out this country and their images.
Have a wonderful summer!

Jonathan Gilbert

Dear Anifa,
I decided to fund your school fee because I know that you are worthy of my support! And I have confidence that you will have a very bright future.
Make sure you take advantage of the great tool RACHEL PI that Judy offers to your school. I remember when I was young, I had to hike to library to collect information from a lot of reference books. Now all the information are at your fingertips. Please take the opportunity and utilize it as much as you can.

I have experience planting vegetables because my parents do that. Also, we have a garden at our home. Therefore, that is experience I have had in life. Apart from that experience, I also had a difficult experience when I failed my geography exam. That enabled me to learn how to cooperate with other students. I was so proud of myself when I performed well in my national exam. The memorable and happiest moment in my life will be when I reach my dream of being pilot. I will be so happy. My biggest dream is to be a pilot. I will get there through studying hard in physics, geography, and mathematics. After reaching my dream, I will help my parents to modify their cultivation system and to become professional farmers. From there they can expand the area of cultivation into a large plantation. Once I get a chance to have the power to change my country, I will build many airports in each region and some districts. This will help in the flexibility of transportation in my country.

Notable experiences in my life are, first, passing my standard seven examination and, second, entering secondary school. My most difficult experience was when I started to learn English. I have learned that if you want to do something, you have to work hard. I felt proud was when I entered secondary school. My most memorable and happiest thoughts are from when I celebrated at my birthday party. My dream is to be an electrical engineer. I will get there through studying hard and doing well in science subjects. If I had the power to change my country, I would like to improve the electricity supply especially in rural areas because there are shortages of electric power.

Experiences in my life are when I failed my examination during primary education and also when my parents failed to pay food for me. My difficult experiences in my life are when my parents have insufficient enough money to pay for all my basic needs at school such as food and other school contributions. The thing that makes me feel so proud of myself is when I succeeded in joining O-level education. This makes me feel that I will, I must, I can do everything. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life will be to reach my dream of being a doctor general so as I can help other people in society. My future dream is to be a GOOD surgical doctor. After me reaching my dream, I will give back help to my society and family, but also to WEF. I need to work hard upon reaching my dream in my life. Once I get chance to have power of changing anything in country, I will improve the education system by converting science subjects from theory to practical. In most of our schools, they teach science subjects mostly theoretically. I will start from there because as we know education is the key to every success in our people.
