My family is economically poor and does not have good jobs. My parents depend on peasant farming. It raises only a small yield which is not enough to support the children's basic needs. When I was in primary school, I was frequently sent home because I could not afford to pay the school requirement and still I passed the examination. I believe that education will lead me to a good life. My dream is to be a doctor. I will need to attend school and complete Forms 5 and 6. After that, I would like to go to university. My second plan is to help people like orphans and special needs groups.

Hello School Fund students!

Welcome to a new school year. I hope that your long break was full of family and friends, good work and good times.

It's another day,Jonathan.How are you?I prepared this for you,and that is poultry.Poultry is the keeping of birds for egg and meat production.Examples of birds kept for this purpose are chicks,geese,fowl etc.The main aim of poultry is high production of egg and meat.An egg have the following parts,namely yolk,albumen,air space,egg membrane and others.Egg candling is the method which used to examine egg against bright beam light in a dark room.The aim of this method is to check if the egg is cracked or whatever.Egg incubation is the provision of suitable condition for the embryonic development of fertilized egg.There are two ways of incubation,namely natural and artificial incubation.Artificial incubation involves the use of incubator.Condition of selecting egg for incubation,the egg must be of medium size,must be smooth,must not be cracked.thanks 100%

Hello Kate,are you fine?In this week i learn about transport of materials in mammals,starting with the blood vessels of the heart.The heart has four blood vessels,that are pulmonary artery,pulmonary vein,aorta and vena cava.Pulmonary artery carries deoxygenated blood from the heart to the lungs,the blood is pumped to lungs to collect oxygen.Then,pulmonary vein carries oxygenated blood from the lungs to the heart.After that aorta carries blood to the rest of the body.Vena cava has two branches,inferior vena cava which drains blood from lower parts of the body and superior vena cava which drains blood from the upper parts of the body example head,neck.Also;the heart has three valves namely,bicuspid valves,tricuspid valves and semi-lunar valves.

Hello madam Judy,how are you doing?We are preparing for our final exam.I am proud of being one of the member of the school fund.I am very proud of that,and that i would share with everybody.In my class,i got number one and i think it will make you proud of me.My major accomplishing is that i build good relationship with my teachers and my fellow students and that make my studies easy,also other work that i perfom outside the class.I think i will succeed in my studies and get my career. My fellow students, time just flew so fast. This semester is close to its end. You all must be very busy preparing for your final exams.

I hope you are all doing a great job this semester. Some of you graduated at end of the last year. You must very anxious waiting for your notification which A-level school you are assigned to.

Doesn't matter where you are going, the most important is the goals your set and your determination to accomplish your golds.

The Chinese always say 90% is hard work and only 10% is your talent. You could accomplish everything as long as you want to.

During your break, I would like you to write down what your major accomplishing and one thing which makes you proud of yourself that you would like to share with everybody. The things your did which will make me so proud of you and encourage me to continue to support you for your future school years. My goal for all of you, one day for your to go to College/University, You are somebody everybody will proud of you.

The way to do is that you set your final goal, the goal between one step a time and try reach it then go for the next goal, eventually, you will reach your final destination.

Dear Student, We hope you have studied hard this school year and are happy with all that you have learned! It must be challenging at times but that always makes you try harder and makes you stronger. For me, The hardest subject in school was Math but when i finally understood it, the Math became my favorite subject!

Hi Kate.Today,we will share this ,please!...............Its about structure of an atom.Atom is the smallest particle of an element which have all chemical properties of that element.Also, an atom has three sub-atomic particles which are proton(+ charged),electron(- charged)and neutrons(neutral charge)Electronic configuration is the arrangement of atoms in different shells.Isotopes are atom of the same element with the same number of proton but different number of neutrons.Nuclide notation is the representation of an element with the number of proton at the lower left hand side and mass number at the upper left hand side. Hello Karen,how are you?Now,i will share with you about the ecosystem.Ecosystem is the unit/part of the environment which consist of biotic factor,abiotic factor and climatic factor which interact to form stable system.There are several types of ecosystem,which are forest,ponds,desert,lakes,oceans etc.Each type have organisms which live in there.Example in forest there are organism like snakes,in desert there are camels and caotus.There are interaction between living thing and non-living things.Example living thing interact with soil,then soil support growth of plants and therefore living things help in soil formation.Another interaction is of living things with water.Water is needed by an organism in sustanance of life and other activities while organisms like trees are needed in conservation of water resources.Thanks 100%

Hi Jonathan,are you fine?I would like to share with you about water management,that is the skillful or wise use of water resource.Water may be used economically in industries for cooling engines,for irrigation in large scale farming and small scale farming,rearing animals,mining activities,production of energy[HEP] and also in building houses.Also water can be used domestically for cooking,washing clothes,watering flowers and washing our bodies.Sources of water include ocean,rivers,dams,rain,lakes,underground water.These are among of them but there are several sources of water.Loss of water may cause drought,migration of people to the areas where there is sustainable water resource.Water can be protected by planting trees near water source and natural plants.Cutting trees is among of distribution of water.Thanks 100%

Hi Judy,are you fine?,on my side i am fine.Mining is the process of extrating minerals and fossils from the underground of the earth's crust.Different methods used in mining activities are open cast method,underground method and placer method.Role of mining are as follows
1.Lead to the economic development of a country.
2.Provide employment opportunity.
3.Source of income.
4.Improvement of infrastructure.
Also ,mining have got the following negative effect like deforestation, soil pollution,death of people due to accidents and water pollution.Problems that may face mining activities are lack of skilled labours for opparating machines and lack of sites.

Hi Karen,how are you?I choose to write to you about water which is essential for an organism to stay alive.Water is universal solvent because it dissolve over all substance in the universe.Water is neither basic nor acidic so its neutral.Water cycle is movement of water according to the time.Sun produce energy which heat the ocean water to form vapour .Plants loose water through transpiration and animals loose water through perspiration.After vapour leaves oceans through evaporation,they form cloud .That cloud transported by wind by process known as transportation.Sun heat the cloud to form rain through the process known as condensation.The water is then collected using rivers and streams through collection.Water is treated to make them usable for domestic,industrial,medicine and other purpose.Then, the water purifies to remove contaminants in order to produce drinking water for human consumption through boiling,use of purifies and commercial filters.Water can be used in domestic,industrial,medicine and labaratories uses.Thanks 100%

    I have experience planting vegetables because my parents do that. Also, we have a garden at our home. Therefore, that is experience I have had in life. Apart from that experience, I also had a difficult experience when I failed my geography exam. That enabled me to learn how to cooperate with other students. I was so proud of myself when I performed well in my national exam. The memorable and happiest moment in my life will be when I reach my dream of being pilot. I will be so happy. My biggest dream is to be a pilot. I will get there through studying hard in physics, geography, and mathematics. After reaching my dream, I will help my parents to modify their cultivation system and to become professional farmers. From there they can expand the area of cultivation into a large plantation. Once I get a chance to have the power to change my country, I will build many airports in each region and some districts. This will help in the flexibility of transportation in my country.

    Notable experiences in my life are, first, passing my standard seven examination and, second, entering secondary school. My most difficult experience was when I started to learn English. I have learned that if you want to do something, you have to work hard. I felt proud was when I entered secondary school. My most memorable and happiest thoughts are from when I celebrated at my birthday party. My dream is to be an electrical engineer. I will get there through studying hard and doing well in science subjects. If I had the power to change my country, I would like to improve the electricity supply especially in rural areas because there are shortages of electric power.

    Experiences in my life are when I failed my examination during primary education and also when my parents failed to pay food for me. My difficult experiences in my life are when my parents have insufficient enough money to pay for all my basic needs at school such as food and other school contributions. The thing that makes me feel so proud of myself is when I succeeded in joining O-level education. This makes me feel that I will, I must, I can do everything. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life will be to reach my dream of being a doctor general so as I can help other people in society. My future dream is to be a GOOD surgical doctor. After me reaching my dream, I will give back help to my society and family, but also to WEF. I need to work hard upon reaching my dream in my life. Once I get chance to have power of changing anything in country, I will improve the education system by converting science subjects from theory to practical. In most of our schools, they teach science subjects mostly theoretically. I will start from there because as we know education is the key to every success in our people.
