Hello madam Ying,
How are you? As for me I am perfectly fine, today I would like to tell you about DEMOCRACY,
Democracy is the government of the people by the people for the people. Democracy is the type of government practiced in our country, so every citizen above the age of 18 is allowed to vote for his/her leader. Therefore the elements of democracy include
Free and fair elections
Political tolerance
Accountability
Transparency
Good governance
Control of abuse of power
And many others
Democracy also means that the political power is in the hands of the citizens. In a democratic government citizens have political and economic freedom which means they are able to do any economic activity that they want as far as it contributes to the national income.
So I am sure that now you have a little knowledge on Democracy and its elements
Be blessed

Hello madam Karen,
How are you? As for me I am perfectly fine, on this day I would like to share with you the knowledge I have on the deadly organism known as a virus,
A virus is an extremely small organism which if enters in the body replicates and become difficult to get rid of.
A virus causes diseases like
AIDS
INFLUENZA
COMMON COLD
And many others
All this diseases have no cure maybe if a person uses antibiotics he/she will just stop its progress but it will be activated again after some time.
Usually viruses are harmful but some of them are useful like a virus known as Bacteriaphage virus it enters the body then it attacks and kills bacteria thus reduced the diseases.
Also viruses can be used in the laboratory to study cell structure and organization.
That's all I wish to tell you about virus I hope you enjoy.

Hello madam Indy,
How are you? As for me I am perfectly fine. Today I would like to share with you one life fact that I have learnt this week, that is "every one wants a good life so we dream, we plan, we make choices and style our lives as best as we can, we need to dare to fail then we will realise how to stand on our own and face bravely the challenges that we meet"
Also through the research that I have made recently I have realised that courage is not the absence of fear but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.
Actually this are the facts that guide me through all my life and I hope you find them useful as well.
Be blessed

Hello madam Indy,
How have you been lately? as for me i am perfectly fine. today i would like to share with you a little knowledge on Malnutrition. Malnutrition is a limited intake of certain amount of foods thus lacking some nutrients. Malnutrition mostly affects children maybe due to various social aspects like poverty and poor family planning,
The following are some of the diseases associated with malnutrition
Rickets- due to lack of vitamin D and it is also known as osteomalacia in adults although it is not common.
Marasmus- due to lack of all types of foods especially carbohydrates
Kwashiokor- due to lack of proteins
Night blindness- due to lack of vitamin A
Scurvy- due to lack of vitamin C
Goiter- due to lack of iodine minerals
and Anaemia- due to lack of iron minerals
I hope you enjoy this little lesson of mine
BEST WISHES

Hi madam Judy,
How are you? worry out about me because i am perfectly fine. Today i would like to tell you about acids and bases as a chemistry topic. and i hope at the end you will learn something from it. starting with
BASES
Abase is a compound which contains oxide and Hydroxide ions and which can react with an acid to produce salt and water only. bases usually have bitter taste, they turn red litmus paper blue and reacts with an acid to produce salt and water only.
ACIDS
An acid is a compound which when dissolves in water produces Hydrogen ions as the only positive ions. acids usually have sour taste, they turn blue litmus paper red and also reacts with acids to produce salt and water only.
These are just short explanations about acids and bases but i am sure you like it. the reason why i only wrote shortly about it is that this is a form three topic so i dont have much information about it, but i thought that i should atleast share the little knowledge i have with you.
just remember if you want to smile make others smile first.

Hi madam Karen,
Hopefully you are fine and well as for me i am just as fine. The aim of this journal today is to share with you what i have learnt in this few years of my studies. i finished my primary school level in 2015 and the year later i started form one at Klerruu secondary school. after my class seven results came out i was really happy to join form one not knowing that i should study as hard as i can as the subjects in secondary school are more complicated than in primary school. the first few months of form one were as easy as ABC but later on every subject needed extra attention to understand it well or else you will fail it. but what i thank GOD is that i realized this much sooner and i started studying harder. so i figured out that primary schools are the foundations of secondary schools, if we work hard in primary school then we will do wonders in secondary school. even today i keep advising my young sisters and brothers who are still in primary school to work as hard as they can so as to prepare good results in secondary school. Hope you like and appreciate it
Good day

Hello Zubeda
hopping that every thing is all right. This time I would like to share to you about LIFE SKILLS.....
A skill is the ability of an individual to apply his/her mental and physical power to control the environment. It involves things like thinking, playing and implementation so as to solve social, political, economic and culture problems. These skills are the ability to understand one self, build sound relationships with others, survive under difficult circumstances, act responsibly and safely, and solve problems. It addresses the balance between knowledge, attitude and life skills....
There are various needs of life skills........
As children develop, their life begins to change. Adolescents may develop a variety of life skills to prepare them to face challenges, take up family responsibility, make decisions and think about what they want to be in the future. Life skills education addresses these issues for the benefit of the individual and society at large. Life skills equip adolescents with knowledge and attitudes that should lead to the requirement behavior. They reduce health risk and raise awareness on health and related behavior such as sexual abuse, drug abuse, violence, drunkenness, unwanted pregnancy, sexual transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV/AIDS. Life skills play a decisive role in helping to prevent these behaviors and enlightening teenagers about these challenges so that they can protect themselves.
There are various sources of Life skills such sources of Life Skills where people learn from are
1. Family: Parents, guardians and other relatives are primary source from whom we learn different life skills.
2. Neighbors: We learn the different ways that people live from our neighbors. Good neighbors help us to behave well.
3. Friends: Friends helps us to acquire various life skills. Exchanging good ideas with friends help to mold us in to well-behaved individuals.
4. Schools: The good education we get at school enables us to develop skills for life.
5. Society: the way people live in the society allows an individual to learn what is expected of him/her and how he/she should behave in different circumstances.
6. Religion: Good religion teachings help to get skills which enable us to live harmoniously in society Note: The above mentioned sources of life skills are sources of positive and progressive life skills.
That is all about.

Hi madam Karen,
Hopefully you are fine and doing well with your everyday activities, worry out about me because i am perfectly fine. it has been really long since we wrote journals to each other actually its because i have been really busy these past few days. its because firstly i had to prepare for madam judy and other school fund members arrival also i had to prepare myself for my pre national examination which on my side was seriously not hard as we had learnt about everything which appeared on the examination so I am looking forward for better results. lastly i would like to tell you that i was really sad as you did not come along with madam Judy in Tanzania maybe you had to do some important things but i am sure you are planning to visit us maybe next year or the coming years but i am sure that you will definetly visit us one day if GOD wishes. thats all i wish to tell you.

Hi madam Judy
Hopefully you are perfect and as good as new, worry out about me because I am perfectly fine. In this journal today I will tell you about my most favourite subjects as you had asked me in the previous journal. Math's is my most favourite subject followed by Biology, Physics then Chemistry. I appeared to love this subjects ever since I was young because its through this subjects that I will fulfill my dream of becoming a Surgical Doctor. Actually the reason why I would like to be a surgical doctor arose one day when my Mom was severely sick and she needed a surgical operation but no doctor was willing to perform the surgery on her so she was just given some medicine to relieve the pain. But on my sine I sincerely didn't like it so that's when I made a decision that I will study hard day and night just to fulfill the dream of my life and help those people who experience the same trauma as my mother. up until now my mother is only using the Medici nes given to her by the doctors but sometimes the medicines don't show any effect on her so she still experiences the pain. That's all I wish to say today and your more than welcome in TANZANIA and once you are here fell like this is your house and we are your siblings.
WELCOME IN TANZANIA
Best wishes

I have experience planting vegetables because my parents do that. Also, we have a garden at our home. Therefore, that is experience I have had in life. Apart from that experience, I also had a difficult experience when I failed my geography exam. That enabled me to learn how to cooperate with other students. I was so proud of myself when I performed well in my national exam. The memorable and happiest moment in my life will be when I reach my dream of being pilot. I will be so happy. My biggest dream is to be a pilot. I will get there through studying hard in physics, geography, and mathematics. After reaching my dream, I will help my parents to modify their cultivation system and to become professional farmers. From there they can expand the area of cultivation into a large plantation. Once I get a chance to have the power to change my country, I will build many airports in each region and some districts. This will help in the flexibility of transportation in my country.

Notable experiences in my life are, first, passing my standard seven examination and, second, entering secondary school. My most difficult experience was when I started to learn English. I have learned that if you want to do something, you have to work hard. I felt proud was when I entered secondary school. My most memorable and happiest thoughts are from when I celebrated at my birthday party. My dream is to be an electrical engineer. I will get there through studying hard and doing well in science subjects. If I had the power to change my country, I would like to improve the electricity supply especially in rural areas because there are shortages of electric power.

Experiences in my life are when I failed my examination during primary education and also when my parents failed to pay food for me. My difficult experiences in my life are when my parents have insufficient enough money to pay for all my basic needs at school such as food and other school contributions. The thing that makes me feel so proud of myself is when I succeeded in joining O-level education. This makes me feel that I will, I must, I can do everything. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life will be to reach my dream of being a doctor general so as I can help other people in society. My future dream is to be a GOOD surgical doctor. After me reaching my dream, I will give back help to my society and family, but also to WEF. I need to work hard upon reaching my dream in my life. Once I get chance to have power of changing anything in country, I will improve the education system by converting science subjects from theory to practical. In most of our schools, they teach science subjects mostly theoretically. I will start from there because as we know education is the key to every success in our people.
