Hi Fortunate,

You will be sitting for your final exams soon. Just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you and knowing that you will have good results.

Anne
Hello Fortunate,

Thinking of you in Uganda. May everything be well with you.

Debbie
God help you
Hello Fortunate,

I love your poem about the Beautiful Woman. Thank you! You should keep writing poetry. It is wonderful to read.

Thinking of you from California!

Debbie
Hi Fortunate,

I too think that Uganda is beautiful in all of the different landscapes and environments.

I wish you well as you enter the final term of this school year. I know you will do well on your exams.

I just noticed that in a previous message I said you were leaving O level this year - that was a mistake. You have one more year after this one. Your hard work will move you forward as you approach your O level finals next year at this time.

Thinking of you and wishing you well.

Anne
HI FORTUNATE T,
i am glad to write this journal.how about you?how is you school work?
THE BEAUTIFUL WOMAN.
what do you take beauty to be?Is it being morally upright, tall, chocolate skinned, having ell brushed teeth that make everybody stare at her when she smiles or being loved and liked by many people, being lucky or what? Whatever you may think of she has it all.So compassionate and understanding is the man who married her.His excellence did not marry her for her beauty no, so hospitable and loving she is.She bears a resting place for those in need. She is so attrractive. To sat, she is the source of the Nile, hot springs and everything beautiful you may think of.So beautiful you are my country Uganda.I cnnot say anything to describe your beauty.
H Anne thanks for all your care for me.I am so blessed to have such a nice person like you who always want to how my life is going on.I am working harder than ever so as to perform well in my level final exams.I hope God will answer my prayer of being successful.Have happy times.
Thank you for always writing to me
Hi Fortunate,

Always nice to hear from you. How is your school work? You will be leaving O level this year so exams will be coming. I'm sure you are doing well.

What do you like to do when you aren't studying? I like to read, walk on the beach, spend time with friends.

Wishing you the best,
Anne

HI Fortunate,

So nice to hear from you. I agree with Rodger - I would like to hear from you more often and know more about what you are doing and how you are doing.

I am doing well. We are experiencing drought here in California so are praying for rain and hoping that it comes soon and in manageable amounts.

Hope this finds you and your school work doing well.

Blessings,
Anne
Hi Rodger,
I am very pleased to hear from you.Its quite along time without hearing from you.
In this year, when i happen to get a free time,i keep my self reading a novel and as am speaking,i read a novel called RED SKY IN THE MORNING. It was written by ELIZABETH LAIRD. I really find it very interesting. To give you a little of its introduction, 'As long as i live,i shall never forget the night my my brother was born,
when Anna's brother Ben is born disabled her family's joy at the birth is touched with sadness. Although Anna loves Ben she is afraid of what her friends will say at school and tries to hide him from the from the outside world. But it is Ben's bubbly love of life which gives her the strength not only to face up to his disability but to deal with her own teenage concerns at home and school.'
That's what i can share with you about the novel.Hope you find it interesting as well.
Nice time and stay blessed,
Fortunate.
Hi Debbie N,

I have experience planting vegetables because my parents do that. Also, we have a garden at our home. Therefore, that is experience I have had in life. Apart from that experience, I also had a difficult experience when I failed my geography exam. That enabled me to learn how to cooperate with other students. I was so proud of myself when I performed well in my national exam. The memorable and happiest moment in my life will be when I reach my dream of being pilot. I will be so happy. My biggest dream is to be a pilot. I will get there through studying hard in physics, geography, and mathematics. After reaching my dream, I will help my parents to modify their cultivation system and to become professional farmers. From there they can expand the area of cultivation into a large plantation. Once I get a chance to have the power to change my country, I will build many airports in each region and some districts. This will help in the flexibility of transportation in my country.

Notable experiences in my life are, first, passing my standard seven examination and, second, entering secondary school. My most difficult experience was when I started to learn English. I have learned that if you want to do something, you have to work hard. I felt proud was when I entered secondary school. My most memorable and happiest thoughts are from when I celebrated at my birthday party. My dream is to be an electrical engineer. I will get there through studying hard and doing well in science subjects. If I had the power to change my country, I would like to improve the electricity supply especially in rural areas because there are shortages of electric power.

Experiences in my life are when I failed my examination during primary education and also when my parents failed to pay food for me. My difficult experiences in my life are when my parents have insufficient enough money to pay for all my basic needs at school such as food and other school contributions. The thing that makes me feel so proud of myself is when I succeeded in joining O-level education. This makes me feel that I will, I must, I can do everything. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life will be to reach my dream of being a doctor general so as I can help other people in society. My future dream is to be a GOOD surgical doctor. After me reaching my dream, I will give back help to my society and family, but also to WEF. I need to work hard upon reaching my dream in my life. Once I get chance to have power of changing anything in country, I will improve the education system by converting science subjects from theory to practical. In most of our schools, they teach science subjects mostly theoretically. I will start from there because as we know education is the key to every success in our people.
