Siantayo is often away at school but our local Beyond Fistula staff spoke with her recently and she wanted to relay this message: "I want to say thank you to the School Fund and everyone who helps pay for my school. I have learned a lot this year and know it will help me be a great teacher in the future!"
During our recent trip to Eldoret, we met up with our students supported by The School Fund.
Siantayo wanted to say: "Thank you Barbara and The School Fund for letting me in school this year. I am in Form 3 this year and really enjoy learning in all my classes. I am thinking I may be a teacher after school to help other kids learn."
Your tuition has been paid for 2024. Seven people donated to your fund. In the picture I am working and earning money to pay for your tuition. I am a musician. I'm the old lady with the gray hair.

" From the bottom of my heart I thank you School Fund and all the people who gave money to help me to go school next year. I love going to school and learning so that I can be a teacher maybe one day!" - a volunteer for Beyond Fistula is currently in Eldoret and asked Siantayo how she felt about the recent Match Day
This is a current picture of Siantayo that was taken when she was seen recently by our Beyond Fistula team.
Beyond Fistula recently saw this student and she wanted to relay the following message: "Hello to the School Fund, thank you for everything you do for me so I can go to school. I am doing well in my classes and trying to make you proud."
Hello and thank you for giving to help me! Match Day helped me have enough for my upcoming school year. I will work hard and make you proud. I thank you.
Hello Barb, yes I did standard 7 twice because of the virus but now I have finished with standard 8! This year I will be starting Form 1. I am proud of myself. I thank you and everyone for the generosity. It is why I can keep learning. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and God bless you.
I think everyone everywhere is having to redo this past school year, so don’t think it is your fault. I am donating each month to your tuition fund and soon it will be paid in full. I also helped fund the bags and saw the video of you. Stay well and be safe from COVID. The future is still a bright one.

Barb Creider.
