This year has been less difficult than last year as I've got used to the new way of learning from home. Even so, the process of learning is more difficult than when we had face-to-face classes because the teaching time is reduced and the number of distractions at home has increased. I've managed to keep my overall average about 8 and to learn as much as I possibly can as next year I have to prepare for university and I really want to do well. After all, it's not so difficult....
Hello. My main thought about the isolation which we've had to endure recently is that it makes us value the small day-to-day things which before the pandemic we didn't value - breathing without wearing a mask, going out without any worries, and being with our family and friends. As far as education is concerned, online classes are much less effective than face-to-face lessons. As I see it, the system of virtual education which the government has introduced is a huge loss for students. We have to self-educate and don't really receive a proper education, and much worse than face-to-face classes. My feelings about the pandemic are of anger and nostalgia when I remember the moments which I didn't value at the time but which were actually the best.
