This term has been quite stressful. Often I didn't really understand how to do the work and I got some poor marks. But I think that this coming term I'm going to do better. I am grateful for your support.
I'm pleased that I've made it to the final year of high school, despite all the problems of studying. Thank you to The School Fund for helping me through everything!
This was my last but one year at school. Studying is often difficult. Not all the topics are interesting, so I look forward to graduating. I love singing and sang a solo in our recent concert. Everybody clapped and cheered. Thank you very much!
I'd like to say thank you to The School Fund! I've been trying to study hard but it's not always easy. I love singing and have sung in a few concerts at the Condor Trust here in Quito and also once outside with other groups of singers in one of the main squares in the centre of Quito. Thank you.
Hello. This month I've begun studying for the baccalaureate [last three years at secondary school], and I'm very excited to be learning new things - and also getting to know new teachers. Thank you very much!
Hello everyone. I've just returned to school recently after the pandemic. On the one hand it has been good because I'm no longer restricted but on the other hand not so good. I've had some problems and some of the people and friends who were at school with me before are no longer there.
This term was easy because the school helped me with my homework and always made sure I had the right materials. I managed to increase my marks, even though they sent me a lot of projects and I was sometimes late in completing them.
Hello. I'm bored. I don't like this method of education because I can't see my friends and I miss going to school. But anyway my studies are going well, and I am attending classes online.
Hello. I feel bored. Before the lock-down when I finished studying I could go to the park. Now, when I've done my schoolwork at home I sometimes read. I don't like being at home because it's always the same. Sometimes it's alright though, particularly if we play games together, all the family. I am looking forward to going back to school. Thank you for helping me.
I had to change schools this summer because my old school does not have a secondary school. There are lots of students in my class - 36. My school day is from 1 to 6pm, which I like. I also like it when I can get together in the playground with my class mates and students from other classes.
