About

Charles is an orphaned boy who is determined and hardworking. His single mother passed on in 2009, leaving him under the care of his aged grandparents. He is the only child in his family. Charles did his national exam and emerged to be the best student in his class! His elderly grandparents are not in a position to cater for his secondary school fees since they have no source of income. Charles has always chased his dream of becoming a nurse and he believes that once you choose hope, anything is possible. He is a fan of playing football during his leisure time.

We closed our school on date 28/10/2023.We will report back to school on date 08/1/2023.My plan during this holiday is to assist my guardians with house hold chores and study a lot.

While at school,I studied a lot .In fact,I was the most improved student in all form 1 students. My class teacher really congratulated me.

Secondary school has really changed my life.
It has taught me many about the real life situations like staying away from my guardians, learning to live well with students from different backgrounds, sharing dorms, handling and solving problems on my own and many more.

Lastly I would like to thank you for paying my school fees fully. If it were not for you I wouldn't be where I am.I really thank you for the good support you have provided to me.May the Almighty bless you abundantly.Thank you.
Hello donors,
Hope that you are fine,

We are going to report back to school on date 28/8/2023 and that will be on Monday.
At school I had a lot of fun.We played inter classes football.
Our class lost one match and won one match.
Right now I am hoping that when we report to school we will play another one match that will determine if we are losers or the winners.
I am hoping that we will be the winners by the grace of God.
May the lord bless you abundantly and protect you.
Bye bye!

At school,we had a lot of fun, we went for an agricultural show at Machakos show ground.I really enjoyed the long long journey.Just imagine travelling about 80 km by a huge scania and back.It was really interesting. At the show ground,we visited the agricultural sites and later we enjoyed ourselves.

our school also participated in music festivals at Machakos but unfortunately,I did not make to attend the festival.

Once we report back to school,we will go for two trips, one for agriculture and the other to Nakuru.
Wishing you a good moment till next time.
May God bless you abundantly.

Bye! bye!
Hello Donors,
I am fine, hope that you are also fine,
I am going on well with my studies,
I have just joined form 1 this year,
At school life is not as easy as I thought, especially in studies.
I cant imagine how one can learn 11 subjects.
While at school, I witnessed a student bullying other.
Immediately, I ran to the prefect on duty and explained to him what I had seen.
The prefect responded quickly and he dashed to save the form one student.
After sometime,I sat down and started thinking that I had wronged
because the student who was bullying the other was sent home to be accompanied by his parents.
One of my friend noticed that I was not feeling happy.
He came and sat near me.He asked me what was wrong.
I explained what I had done.He told me that I had done right.I felt happy.
Or, had I wronged?

I thank you very much for this scholarship,
I promise that in the coming exam I will score a good grade,
In fact,we did an exam but the results are not out yet. I shall bring the
results immediately after they are out,
I hope that I will have scored a good grade.
We will open schools on date 8 this month,
For now I have nothing else to say but only thanking you and wishing
you a blessed time ahead.
May God bless you very much and protect you.
Thank you all.

I have experience planting vegetables because my parents do that. Also, we have a garden at our home. Therefore, that is experience I have had in life. Apart from that experience, I also had a difficult experience when I failed my geography exam. That enabled me to learn how to cooperate with other students. I was so proud of myself when I performed well in my national exam. The memorable and happiest moment in my life will be when I reach my dream of being pilot. I will be so happy. My biggest dream is to be a pilot. I will get there through studying hard in physics, geography, and mathematics. After reaching my dream, I will help my parents to modify their cultivation system and to become professional farmers. From there they can expand the area of cultivation into a large plantation. Once I get a chance to have the power to change my country, I will build many airports in each region and some districts. This will help in the flexibility of transportation in my country.

Notable experiences in my life are, first, passing my standard seven examination and, second, entering secondary school. My most difficult experience was when I started to learn English. I have learned that if you want to do something, you have to work hard. I felt proud was when I entered secondary school. My most memorable and happiest thoughts are from when I celebrated at my birthday party. My dream is to be an electrical engineer. I will get there through studying hard and doing well in science subjects. If I had the power to change my country, I would like to improve the electricity supply especially in rural areas because there are shortages of electric power.

Experiences in my life are when I failed my examination during primary education and also when my parents failed to pay food for me. My difficult experiences in my life are when my parents have insufficient enough money to pay for all my basic needs at school such as food and other school contributions. The thing that makes me feel so proud of myself is when I succeeded in joining O-level education. This makes me feel that I will, I must, I can do everything. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life will be to reach my dream of being a doctor general so as I can help other people in society. My future dream is to be a GOOD surgical doctor. After me reaching my dream, I will give back help to my society and family, but also to WEF. I need to work hard upon reaching my dream in my life. Once I get chance to have power of changing anything in country, I will improve the education system by converting science subjects from theory to practical. In most of our schools, they teach science subjects mostly theoretically. I will start from there because as we know education is the key to every success in our people.
