This year is going very well, and i go to a lot class than i used to go before such as: Algebra, geometry, reasoning. i have learned a lot of things for example, how to solve shapes such as cylinders, cones and even the compound shapes which seems great to me. This year, i am part of the community services because i teach the primary tutoring program which i share what i have learned to young children. i use to go gym and i always play football and basketball which is really good. My favorite class is geometry and English because we do a lot of projects in geometry which is amazing. we read a lot of books in English such as lord of the flies. i like reading. i achieved some of my goals because my biggest dream was to speak English and i do, which seems that i accomplished my goals. i have a lot of goals that i would like to reach, this upcoming term i would like to join different clubs such as electronic club or a programming club because i like computers.

Nohemi is from the small rural community Socma in the Sacred Valley Region of Peru. Growing up it was difficult for her family to meet their basic needs. This made it challenging for her to prioritize her studies; nevertheless, she was persistent and found the support she needed for secondary education through scholarship programs. "La alegria y las ganas son los que guian nuestro camino para el exito. "Happiness and motivation guide our path to success." In the future, she would like to use her knowledge and experience in order to help develop a sustainable tourism program for Socma. She is very proud of her beautiful community and hopes to share her culture with others in a way that allows for responsible social development.
